Some tips on how to lose weight
The most important thing to losing weight is exercising. You should exercise at least 20 minutes or more a day. You can walk, dance, run, swim, ride a bike, or any thing that you are capable of doing and it has to be at a steady pace for 20 minutes or more a day. I exercise an hour a day every day. You should always keep your exercise routine fun and not too hard for you to be able to continue with it. If you keep it fun then you will want to keep doing it. Exercising can make you feel better; it makes me feel better. If you are not used to exercising you should start out slow and work your way up to exercising longer periods of time.

Eat less food and lose more weight. Don't eat in front of the tv anymore. Try not to eat late at night. Remember you should not lose more than 2 pounds a week.
You can start lifting 1 or 2 pound hand weights to help tone your arms. Remember muscle ways more than fat, but muscle is more condensed. Having muscles help burn fat faster and easier. I also use leg weights on my ankles when I am exercising to add more weight and get a better workout.

Uhhh, Exercise? No?
ReplyDeleteYou are absolutely right about all of it, and walking is my favorite and part of my daily routine for 20-30 minutes a day. I love walking my dog who needs to go out so she walks me too. I think of it also as enjoyment in awesome wonder of the beautiful sky and trees that God made for us in this immaculate world.
