Mmmm Blueberry Smoothie

Eat your heart out and maybe even get a smaller belly.

Blueberries may help reduce belly fat. I think this is the best blueberry smoothie I have ever tasted and I'm not a super big fan of blueberries. I think it taste just fabulous.



 
Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
 
3 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups vanilla silk milk     
3 tablespoons honey        
 
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Share a smoothie because this recipe will make more than one person happy. Enjoy!
