Eden Organic Review

Eden Organic Review and Pasta Dish

I recently received some products from Eden Organic Pasta Company  in exchange for a review. They sent me some really awesome products. I used those products to create one awesome, healthy, and delicious meal. Eden Organic sent me 1 box of 100% Whole Grain Spaghetti, 1 can of  kidney beans, and some bags of tamari dry roasted almonds. I combined those 3 products with some garlic, onions, sesame seed oil, salt, pepper, and grapeseed oil.

The ingredients

These noodles are really delicious and nutritious. They are Organic, 100% whole grain, high in fiber, High in protein, and there is no added salt. Check out www.edenfoods.com for more information on their pasta. I really enjoyed their pasta. It was really tender and just plain yummy.

Eden Organic large red kidney beans are family farm grown right here in the USA. They have a nice sweet flavor and they are very delicious. They are also heart healthy, loaded with antioxidants, and they are high in fiber. I love these kidney beans they went perfect with the pasta. If you would like to know more information about the kidney beans please check out www.edenfoods.com

Eden Organic's Tamari Almonds are dry roasted with a gas fire and misted with Eden Organic tamari soy sauce. They are low in sodium, rich in magnesium, high in fiber and protein. They are organically grown at a family orchard in California. These almonds were the perfect touch to my pasta meal I created from these three products from Eden Organic coupled with a few other things. Directions on how to make the pasta dish

Ingredients:

1 4oz bag of Eden Organic Tamari Dry Roasted Almonds
1 15oz can of Eden Organic Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
1 14oz box of Eden Organic 100% Whole Grain Spaghetti
10 cloves of garlic minced
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of sesame seed oil
3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil

Cook the pasta according to the package. I cooked it for 14 minutes. Chop up your onion and mince the garlic while the noodles are cooking. Put the oils in a frying pan and let them heat up. Add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and cook until golden brown on medium heat for about 8 minutes stirring occasionally. When the pasta is finished drain it and rinse it with cold water and add it to the pan with the onions and garlic; stir it occasionally. Add your drained and rinsed off kidney beans to the noodles and stir it all up. Let the pasta heat back up and finally you add the Tamari Almonds and stir them in and enjoy.

This recipe is my own. I created it using some awesome products from Eden Organic and a few other products. Everyone in my house loved this pasta dish, except my 3 year old son who is allergic to peanuts; he wasn't able to try it.
